So what is the exactly way of theft to steal paypal money using email scams methods ..?

I do not know for sure how they got my PayPal email address so that they know and mengirikam that the email is connected and used for Paypal. But suddenly I get an email notification said that Paypal account limited statement is available log in to re-active. See the text below:

Notice to <#[email]#>,

And there is a button link that once clicked will open a new tab to the url with address http://bit.ly/2dnmhEc then redirect to http://updateaccountalertinc.com/webapps/98b88/signin.

Although the fraudster has the exact same page view with paypal login page of the original, but still they are not be able to manipulate the original PayPal original login home page url.

Here is the differences  between the Fake PayPal login page with the original PayPal site login home page:

As shown above, that the fake paypal website that was created by hacker does not use a secure https web hosting and the address was too much different from the original. But, sometimes because of rush and anxiety prospective victim did not perfectly pay attention to that address and keep trying to log in using the user name and password of their PayPal account. And as a result, the hacker will know the username and password of the PayPal account.

Why do hackers get a PayPal account username and password victim ..?

Because after the victim alleging that the site is the original site, it will directly enter their user name and password are still active, but as soon as they enter and submit log in automatically the data will be sent to a server that has been set by hackers.

So to be safe, you always ignore emails on behalf of PayPal that you include a link to click on the grounds for the safety reason, limitation payment or etc.
